Special Notes : In British Columbia this Plant has become a real pest, as it can and does overwinter in that climate, even in the mountains of the interior. You are therefore banned from having and propagating it in that Province. I urge that everyone take special care with this plant and try to prevent its escape into the wild as it may well survive given our warmer winters in the last few years.
